Thank you so much for making Stacey and Nathan's wedding reception a memorable event. The tables, the whole room in general and buffet were lovely. Everything looked so elegant, just as I envisioned it. Our guests commented on how good the food and cake tasted. We were impressed by the wait staff and especially the bartender. I know you were the magician making it all happen and it truly was a magical night.

Penne pasta tossed with roasted red peppers strips, sautéed mushrooms and fresh herbs tossed in a creamy sauce of smoked gouda and topped with crispy leek ribbons

Baby spinach mixed with sliced fresh strawberries, candied almonds and feta cheese tossed with strawberry champagne vinaigrette

Penne pasta, andouille sausage, fresh bell peppers, onions and mushrooms tossed in a Cajun style Tabasco  cream sauce

Southwest Caesar Salad Toss

Crisp romaine lettuce tossed with diced tomatoes, red onion, fresh avocado and roasted corn, in a chipotle southwest Caesar dressing and topped with crisp blue tortilla ribbons

Bite sized asian vegetables and seared chicken strips stir fried with teriyaki sauce and served over steamed rice

Cavatappi pasta with flaked chipotle smoked salmon in a lime cream sauce with fresh pico de gallo and cilantro topped with avocado cubes and crisp blue corn tortilla ribbons

Mixed field greens with bleu cheese crumbles and candied walnuts
tossed with raspberry vinaigrette and topped with crisp croutons

Potato Cocktail Bar

Buttermilk smashed reds, mashed sweet potatoes and garlic whipped Yukon potatoes served in a martini glass and topped with fried leeks, spicy candied walnuts, garlic roasted tomatoes, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, whipped butter and bacon bits

Roast Beef

Tender top round of beef, crusted in herb and olive oil, roasted to
medium rare and then carved to order and served on cocktail rolls with
tart granny smith apple horseradish cream and black pepper au jus

Spiral Cut Ham

Honey glazed spiral cut ham served with pineapple maple sauce and sliced dinner rolls

Oven Roasted Turkey Breast

Tender turkey white meat over roasted to juicy doneness, sliced thin and served on dollar rolls with cranberry Dijon glace

Prime Rib of Beef

Dijon mustard and herb crusted rib of beef, slow cooked to medium rare, carved to order and served with cocktail rolls, creamy horseradish sauce and black pepper au jus

Beef Tenderloin

Herb dusted tenderloin, grilled to a perfect medium rare and thinly carved, served with cocktail rolls and red wine and Portobello mushroom infused demi glace

Leg of Lamb

Tender leg of lamb studded with garlic and crusted with rosemary and olive oil, carved an served with rolls and mango, mint and apple chutney
